Our Team

Our team started working together several years ago when Tom and Kurt at ai-one (AI for language technology) got some assistance building a better user interface for a FedEx project from Kevin at KDD Analytics, a predictive analytics and Tableau expert.  That led to a number of collaborations culminating in a joint effort in 2016 on a competitive intelligence product.  Thomas joined up on the SwissRe and NASA projects and merged his passion for finance with computer science into a mission to find, enrich and index the worlds data for the application of artificial intelligence.

Kurt Manninen, Geoff Harrison and Eric Haruki joined the team in April 2018, adding software development, financial analysis and modeling, and business development capability in Boulder and San Diego.

Successful execution of AI projects requires four critical elements: AI technology and expertise, Data, Domain Expertise and Application capability.  As a team with over five years’ experience scoping and executing a large variety of AI projects for enterprise and government, we have demonstrated the ability to deliver cost effective solutions on time.  Our team has application development, operations and domain experience in medical, aerospace, insurance, logistics and oil & gas.
